  • Stafiler was founded in 2023 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Its distribution hubs are in the United States, the United Kingdom, and multiple European Union countries.

  • Stafilter has been dedicated to air purification research for 11 years, independently developing a range of products, including air conditioning filters. The company collaborates with various air conditioning filter brands in the development of additional air filtration solutions. Stafilter serves not only residential air filtration systems but also extends its reach into sectors such as automotive, industrial, medical, and educational air filtration systems.

2. Shipping Protocol

  • Shipping Areas: We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and most EU countries, except for certain restricted areas.
  • Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO Box/APO/AFO addresses in the United States.
  • Domestic Orders: Orders within the U.S. will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • International Orders: International orders will typically be shipped within 3 days unless affected by exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes, etc.).
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may incur additional customs fees, taxes, and other shipping-related charges, which are not included in the order total. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. U.S. Sales Tax

  • Sales tax will be applied to most U.S. orders, and Stafilter will remit the tax on your behalf.

4. Policy for Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been completed, please get in touch with our customer service team via email at support@stafilter.com or call us at 1-771-242-7057. You may request to cancel your order.

5. Refund & Return Guidelines

  • Damaged Packages: Please retain the damaged package and immediately report the issue by calling customer service. Claims must be filed with the carrier within 3 days.
  • Return Conditions: Unused items may be returned within 30 days. Please contact customer service to arrange the return.
  • Return Fees: For returns not related to product defects, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on Stafilter's part.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
